Guthega Tree Planting

Following the great success of recent tree planting days in Guthega to help address the longicorn beetle instigated dieback of snow gums, National Parks has scheduled another tree planting day, scheduled for Saturday 21 March 2026. This is a great way to help the environment of our beloved and sensitive ski area. This is recognised as a work party for the club.

Accommodation will be provided free of charge for volunteers at Tiobunga or Kyilla for Friday 20 March and Saturday 21 March.
National Parks will provide free park entry for the weekend if needed and there will be a free BBQ lunch sponsored by Straight Line Sports Canberra.

If you are interested in participating, please complete this ONLINE Tree Planting EOI by Wednesday 11 March 2026 so that accommodation and park entry passes can be arranged.
