We believe branded apparel is a fantastic way to advertise the Club that you are proud of! We wanted to provide Members with an easy way to purchase a wide range of branded merchandise when they wanted to.

Print on Demand (POD) is a fulfillment process that dropships products to members only after a sale goes through. This means that the merchandise will never require management, storage, or protection. You can print quantities of custom merchandise with no inventory management by sending it directly to Members.

The Committee completed extensive research across several different areas to find the best POD provider including:
– Price i.e. product, shipping and production;
– Production and shipping times;
– Customer and online reviews;
– Customer support by store i.e. how were enquiries responded to by the provider by the Committee; and,
– Scale of product options across categories and garment types e.g. Men, Women, Children, inclusive sizing, colours

No! The great thing about a POD store is there is no minimum order requirements across any products.

Members can click on the main page image headings to be taken to the product category e.g. Hoodies and Vests. All products under this category will be shown. Members can also click “Brindabella Merchandise” on the page banner. Selecting this option will allow members to filter their product search across categories e.g “T-Shirts > Kids”.

Members will be directed to use the POD Store payment platform for all purchases; there is no link between BSC payment platform and the Store.

Members will be advised of their shipping costs as they proceed through the store check-out process. Members can also collect, at no cost, purchases from the Canberra Digitees shop.

Members will be advised of the expected delivery timeframe as they proceed through the store check-out process. During the order process, the store calculates the selected shipping preference (standard vs express) and the production time (standard vs urgent) for the member’s selected purchases. The store will advise the member prior to payment the estimated delivery timeframe.

All items will be branded using Direct to Garment digital printing. It is one of the most advanced methods of printing. The printed fabric is washable and durable if the guidelines are strictly followed.
